Did I ovulate?

Help! Been TTC for almost 2 years and just now using opks for the first time. Does it look like I’ve had a surge yet? I feel like the cd 14 @11am looks pretty positive? Did I have a surge and did I already ovulate or do I still have a little time? I did take clomid days 3-7 this month and my cycles are typically 31 days long. No rude comments please.
