Bras not fitting well?

I know his is going to sound a tad strange but after a while. I find my bras not fitting as well as they use to. Does anyone else have this issue? 
I wash them maybe once a week. I live in the UK and it’s mostly cold here so I don’t sweat at all. And I’m a 32B for reference

Sometimes after washing them so many times it can change the shape. Or maybe you lost or gained weight?

Go get sized at a bra store, maybe you aren't wearing the right size. Hang dry them after washing, the dryer can take some life out of them.

I think that happens as a bra gets older. I just got a couple new bras (after not getting a nice new one in a VERY long time!) and they seem to fit so much better, despite being the same size (32C) as the ones I already had. The lady that fitted me at the store said to make sure you wear new bras on the loosest clip, then go to the middle clip, and finally the tightest clip as the bra stretches out.
