I need some advice ladies!

I am type1 diabetic and struggling to keep glucose levels under control, I’ve been diabetic now for around 15 years so when I was 9.

I have a beautiful 8 year old daughter and had her at 16 not knowing I was pregnant till I was 5 1/2 months along and had her at 34 +4 weeks, it was a horrible birth and ended up being rushed into theatre to have emergency c-section... both stayed in hospital for 1 long month.

Begin of 2018 started of great I found out I was pregnant... but then

On June 4th 2018 was the worst day of my life.. I heard those horrible words “your babies have no heart beat sorry” not only did I get told I had a missed miscarriage I got told I was pregnant with conjoined twins! I broke into piece!

Now beginning of 2019 me and partner have been trying but no luck so far I’m not giving up.. I’m just scared as having highs blood sugars can harm me and baby so I would like to know if anyone can give me suggestions with pregnancy and type1 diabetes.
