Gestationally, I should be 7w2d, however baby was measuring at 6w1d. But there was a fetal heart beat of 101 bpm! I saw that tiny little blessed Flicker! 💕 This is after having a missed miscarriage in December. Sadly, my December angle baby never had a heart beat early on even after several follow-up ultrasounds.

The doctor says I must have ovulated later this last cycle, hence the reason for me measuring about a week behind. I’m not gonna lie, I am somewhat nervous at the idea of not measuring exactly based on LMP but, I know the last menstrual period is only an estimate and often times women are due within two weeks before or after that particular date. For these reasons, I am staying very positive that baby is exactly where he or she needs to be in the growth curve, and I really did ovulate late. That sort of makes sense, since I had only one period after my miscarriage, and it was super long and heavy compared to my normal....my hormones were probably so messed up that I ovulated late... now due October 20!
