Hey all! To make a long story short, I follow an amazing fit couple(@katyhearnfit & @haydnschneider) who started their own supplement line, Alani Nu. They created a pill called “balance” which is geared to regulate your hormones. Results showed that it helped cystic acne and even women who were trying to conceive and had PCOS for years got pregnant. I haven’t been diagnosed with PCOS but I’ve been following them on Instagram for years and they’re consistently getting amazing reviews. Obviously you should do your own research on it and consult with your doctor but I wanted to show you all this product because it seems beneficial to those with PCOS and TTC.
