Help needed urgently

I found out the cause of my right abdomen and back from travelling to feet pain. Xray taken and came out my colon is full of faeaes/shit. Given constipation syrup. Anybody had the same like me? How do u changed your diet? Please help. I am going to start my clomid next month and i need to clear all these.
