Possibly Pregnant?

Hello ladies!! I am wondering if any of you have experienced period like symptoms, including bleeding like a period, and actually found out they were pregnant. I am currently 2 days late. I looked at my period tracker apps and we did not do the deed in February at all around when I would be ovulating in February, but we did in January. Is it possible for me to have gotten pregnant in January but still have bleeding that last for a couple days resembling a real period? I have a 2 year old daughter and did not have that with her. I did, however have dark spotting at about 8 weeks pregnant that my doctor said was pretty normal. Has anyone had a similar experience?
