Thoughts

So i had my period but it was only 2 days and really light i took a test after but out was negative usually my periods last 5 days and are really heavy and i have been really tired all the time and sick to stomach off and on does anyone have any thoughts on what's up. I have had sex i am married and have intercourse a good amount
