I love Bellamy. I first heard it from The 100 (where it is a boy name) but I find it interesting that so many people use it for a girl too. It seems more a boy name to me. Use it.

Makes me think of the Bellamy brothers that robbed banks. Lol. But I like the uniqueness. Just make sure you think of all the ways that he would be made fun of by other kids. Shortening it would make it Bell or Bella, and that's very feminine. Kids may tease him a bit.
