Post partum weight loss
I had my rainbow baby 7 months ago. :)
Before getting pregnant I had just gotten my abs to where I wanted them. (See below) I was 160 lbs, but I lost all my definition and muscle weight from being on restrictions (150 lbs starting 2nd trimester). At 5 months post partum I cut out all added sugar. I am 158 lbs now and have a lot of extra skin.
Any suggestions to tone my stomach?
Also I need suggestions for legal exercises, I pee every time I jump while working out.
