Tonight is a very bitter sweet moment.. as I lay you down for bed I can’t help but go back to a year ago being sent home from the hospital due to not progressing fast enough even tho they told me they would probably see me in the middle of the night.. and wasn’t that the truth.. I returned back to the hospital at 330am to be told that we were finally admitted and that we would be seeing your beautiful face soon! Tonight I put you to sleep one last night before you turn ONE! This past year has been nothing but amazing! Thank you for making me a mom!
