I think I caught a cold and I cant take anything because I'm pregnant, any tips for getting better or anything safe I can take?

I’m finally getting over this awful cold. But i took Tylenol, robitussin and cough drops. It was miserable...

don’t take sudafed. all decongestants are a NO. tylenol, zyrtec and netti pot.

I just got over a cold - it’s miserable.  I did the netipot twice a day, Tylenol as needed, and Benadryl at night (all doctor approved).  Honestly you just need to take it easy and remember to drink lots of water and get lots of rest!!!!  Good luck!

Here is my safe meds list I was provided with today. Netipot, extra strength acetaminophen, steam shower and Sudafed have been my elixir - but I’m still in sinus pain 😕
