Cramping and back pain??

So I’m about 4wks1day and I’m experiencing cramping and back pain. Is this normal? I just feel the way I usually do when my period is about to come on.

I’m experiencing a little cramping. Not much. It’s short and intermittent.

I had those exact symptoms with my first and it was partially those symptoms without my period showing that caused me to test and I'm pregnant again.  With the same crampy back ache. Feels just like I'm gonna have my period

I’m 4 weeks and 2 days and I feel the same. Not bad cramps just light ones. My lower stomach has just had some tightness and light back cramps. I’ve heard it is very normal. Your not alone girl! Congratulations 💕💕

Yes totally normal that’s how I knew I needed to test bcz I thought my period was coming and when it didn’t show I knew and I went to the hospital my hcg levels only were 1-2weeks pregnant so I got blood work today praying they increase
