Needing advice

So I was on my period until the 13 of this month, I had sex on the 15th and he didn’t pull out, I took the morning after pill 3 days later and this past Friday i started spotting so now it’s been 3 days of super light spotting with dark brown blood. Do you guys think I may be having implantation bleeding? Has anyone had something similar happen?
