Faint line question

OK ladies... quick question. I had a D&C 5 weeks ago. My levels were followed down to 2 which was early last week. I’ve had sore breasts all day along with some cramping so I decided to test WTH, thinking it would be completely negative. But a faint line popped up. Is this just residual hcg in my urine you think? Thanks for any help!
