I'm trying to conceive a 2nd child. I was diagnosed with genital herpes a few Christmas's ago(shitty "present" from your fiancee(now ex). But I was wondering if it would be possible to have a VBAC having herpes. Now I understand that I'd need a C-section with having an outbreak. Now what about those out breaks that you don't feel, or see any blisters. My world still feels destroyed because of having this, and some days are better. But I worry about never being able to experience a natural birth. I haven't had an outbreak for over a year now. I was taking med.for it daily but I stopped and only take it if I feel an outbreak coming. I know to consult a doctor about this but I'm just looking for opinions or experiences from others. If the time comes to ha e this discussion with my doctor I will talk to him but right now just some opinions is all I seek.
