PCOS diagnoses SOS

I’ve been having abdominal pains so I went to the doctor who told me I need to head to the ER for a series of tests. After many hours there, I left with no diagnosis for my abdominal pain, but I received the news that I have many cysts on my ovaries. I’m seeing an OBGYN later this week but as of right now I am feeling lost and hopeless at the chance to ever have a child. I’m only 21 so a baby is still a couple years down the road for me, but I’m in tears at the thought of never having my own child. And advice, support, anything is greatly appreciated

***i know cysts don’t mean I have pcos... I was actually diagnosed with pcos. Bloodwork and all indicated it.
