Help! My baby smells like vinegar!
I’ve been noticing for the past couple of days that my baby smells of vinegar! I’ve only noticed around her head- mostly the top and it’s strong. Even after a bath a couple hours goes by and the smell is back! Any idea what is causing this? I emailed her pediatrician and waiting on a response.
