Due to spotting and cramps I had an ultrasound two weeks ago at 5w4d. We could only see a gestational sac and yolk sac and we were told to come back in two week. These past two weeks I've had spotting and cramping on and off along with strong pregnancy symptoms. I have been freaking out due to upper back and shoulder pains which I had in my previous pregnancy which ended in a miscarriage. I have had hardly any hope these past few weeks and I feel like today we are going for confirmation of another missed miscarriage. I am so scared and keep reliving that moment in my head from last time "the baby has no fetal heart activity'. Please have me in your thoughts this morning and pray for a miracle for me.♥️

UPDATE- We have a healthy baby nugget. Measuring 7w1d healthy heartbeat all perfect 🤰👶😍❤️
