As long as you were a jogger pre-pregnancy, it is totally safe. However, you never want to take up running or working out when you’re pregnant if you were not athletic before.

And if you meant jog then yes as well. As long as you do not become lightheaded. Dizzy or out of breath you should be fine. Esp if it's not a new workout regimen. If you've already been active before pregnancy you can keep doing what you do. Consult a doctor though.

To job ?as in work ? Yes. Unless you need light duty or modified for high risk etc. Talk to your doctor.

I did lift jogging. My dr said it was off limits for me. So I did a lot of  walking and hiking instead.
