Pumping at night
If your baby sleeps long stretches at night, (5+ hours), do you wake up to pump or just wait until the next feeding?
My son isn’t there yet so the longest I usually go between feedings is 4 - 4.5 hours. I just want to be prepared if he starts sleeping longer. I’d love to sleep, but don’t want to screw up my supply.
