Missed prometrium dose

I’m supposed to take prometrium vaginally at bed time and when I wake up. However I was so tired I fell asleep at 7:30 pm and just work up st 2 and took one. My next dose would be at 5:30. Should I skip and take tonight or just take tonight and start over?
