Mill supply help
So my LO is 12 weeks, 5 weeks adjuated, and is eating upwards of 120ml each feeding. Due to his prematurity, the NICU sent us home with a strick 3 feedings at the breast, his pediatrician signed off on that too at his 2 month appointment. I have been able to pump every 2 to 3 hours, longer at night since we can sometimes get 5 hour stretches of sleep, and my milk has kept up until this point. He has eaten through what little stash I had. Over the last few days I have broken the 3 feeds rule to hopefully jumpstart my breasts but unfortunately he just doesn't have the stamina for that many.
I was just wondering if there is something you ladies would recommend to help my supply? I stay hydrated and eat well, oatmeal every morning and healthy snacks. I still take my prenatals. I just started introducing one formula bottle a day, just in case, since he goes to daycare next week. I would just like to keep up with breastfeeding since I feel like I failed at keeping him safe until his actual due date. Yes, I am already seeing someone for PPD and PPA and take a very small dose of medication for it.
Thank you ladies!
