Does anyone else here have autoimmune disease?

I have Hashimoto’s disease and Rheumatoid arthritis. Today I am having a flare and in sooooo much physical pain I am literally holding back tears so that my 2 year old doesn’t get upset.

I’m also emotionally having a hard time because that just comes along with it.

I’m so fatigued that I don’t have it in me to do potty training today and so I just put pull ups on my daughter 😧

I hope nobody else has this problem, but if you do, please, if you are not having a flare today I could really use some support.
