5 days late.. cramps and "wet" feeling :/

OK so I am now 5 days late. Took a test 2 days ago and it was negative. I've had some really bad cramps and quick sharp pains, mostly on my right side. Also have a constant wet feeling down there. I go to the bathroom toning AF is here but no. It's just like ewcm! This is not normal for me before my period starts. I've started breaking out a little more then usual as well. And I'm still getting the tingly feeling in my breasts that I have been for the past week except they are becoming more frequent. Not sure when to test again. What do you ladies think?
