How long till you make an appointment

I'm 10 days late. I've had 3 negative tests at home, and I dont feel pregnant. But I've never been this late. I'm not any more stressed than usual. Not sure whats going on...should I make an appointment with my gyno or just stop into an urgent care. Will they do a blood pregnancy test now? Or do I need to be so late? Any advice is appreciated
