1st Month Tracking BBT - Coverline Question

First month using BBT and based on everything I’ve read, I feel like my coverline should be drawn at 97.7. I had my positive OPK at noon and temp increase at 6:30am on CD 11 so I’m pretty sure I ovulated that day. Are they drawing it so much higher bc of projected ovulation date being off by a day?
