Guys, can I have your advice please?

I had a d&c on 31st January (mmc at 7 weeks). Bleeding lasted a few days before turning brown and this lasted around 2 weeks lightly.

I’ve not had anything for a week and have now got bright red bleeding. Is this my first ‘period’ and therefore the start of a new cycle? It’s light and probably more spotting than period as it’s not much of a flow.

I’m trying to track ovulation again and not knowing when my cycle is back is so tricky!!
