Period brain fog
Hey ladies! So I'm real close to my period coming & I'm already starting to get the symptoms. I'm extremely tired, some acne, cravings, etc. The one thing that I get that I literally can't handle is brain fog. Like I cannot think straight at all & if I say something, it sounds stupid & I later regret it. My anxiety & depression is through the roof too. It's all bad. But my brain fog is so bad that it's starting to affect my performance at the job, at school, at home, in general public. I try my hardest to stay on top of things, stay organized, think logically but I'm not able to do that due to this. I feel like my brain just leaves me during that whole week. Y'all may think it's me being crazy but it's not, I know this is common. Idk what to do, I'm taking a supplement everyday but it doesn't help around my period much. I thought about making an appt to see if there's any options. Anybody experience this? If so, you have any cures lol?
