I take raw prenatal vitamin code. I hate the taste but bonus if it’s hard to swallow they say you can crack open the capsul and put it in your drink or yogurt to take them. Be very careful about what prenatals you take because a lot of them don’t even give you the bare minimum required in a prenatal! I got all the dosage requirements before going to the store and only two out of 20 had the appropriate folate amount I was shocked and some were missing required vitamins! But this one has everything wit appropriate dosages the only thing not in it is DHA which is get the Nordic naturals for
