Fed up!
I’m 22 years old, 5 ft 7 and I weigh 14st 11lbs and I am just fed up of feeling so unhealthy and overweight. I don’t like a lot of healthy foods so I just try to cut calories but I am an emotional eater and I’m battling anxiety and depression so it’s just really difficult! I can’t keep going on like this I feel so out of breath walking 5 minutes to take my daughter to nursery and I feel embarrassed! I have even quite going to the gym because of anxiety reasons I thought everyone was starting because I am fat and I hated it! I just really need to lose some weight but i feel like I just can’t! Any tips for a complete beginner? The over eating part is the hardest bit and I don’t really like any healthy foods
