Birthing videos?

Question

My birthing classes would cost $300-$400 and I’m not interested in paying that kind of money. Does anyone know of a good YouTube video that can help to prepare me with breathing techniques, pain management, and any other information that I should expect from the hospital during birth/recovery, etc? Also a breastfeeding video?

What about a book in addition to YouTube? I highly recommend Birthing from Within.
Here’s the thing: it’s hippie, very very hippie 😉 but if you get even 1 thing from it, it’s worth it. Also, I think talking to others who have given birth who share your views would be great. Women have been giving birth forever, long before “birthing classes” were popular. 
I’ve given birth twice and I’ve never taken formal classes, but my midwives gave me some great advice. Here are my tips:
(Keeping in mind that I have two natural births and I had my son at home.)
1) teach your brain to re-think “pain.” Don’t think “ouch ouch ouch! This fucking hurts!!!”...because you’ll panic. Instead, think “this doesn’t *hurt* it’s just more of an interesting sensation.” In other words, be curious of the feeling and know that you are feeling it (ahem, the “pain”) because your body is working hard and letting you know it’s alive!
2) remind yourself that your body was MADE to birth a baby. Trust that your body will magically know what to do. Like a rose 🌹. A rose doesn’t have to take a class to learn how to open. A rose will open all on its own when its time.
3) screenshot any “birthing affirmations” that you like off google.
4) omg this one is so important and I didn’t learn it until my second baby!...
When people say “ride the waves” DO NOT fight the waves 🤣. With my daughter, my first, I was so focused on being tough that I clenched my jaw and tightened up. 
Contractions happen for a reason; they are opening you up. So, welcome those contractions and breathe through them. Try to have a relaxed jaw, and when it gets intense, breathe even deeper.
