Purse and am constantly sucking on those and it helps me
Get thru the work day

Have you tried pregnancy pops? They are wonderful! I have had really bad morning sickness and a few girls I know recommend them.

Omg gurl try ice and cold water omg as soon as I start eating Ice all the nausea goes away 🥰🥰🥰

I've heard peach nectar helps. Drain the juice off a can or jar of peaches and drink a couple tables spoons when you fell sick. I haven't needed to try it but I've heard it supposed to help.
