So I was on track follicle-wise to trigger tomorrow night for a Friday retrieval (5 follicles greater than 15, about a dozen from 10-15mm). Then I got a call from the doctor saying my progesterone was 1.6 so he wants me to trigger today instead for a Thursday retrieval. He said they didn’t like to trigger at anything higher than 2-2.1.

Does anybody have any experience with a successful fresh transfer with elevated progesterone?

Also, what are my chances of having a few more follicles mature between now and Thursday? I am going to be taking Gonal-F, Menopur, and Cetrotide along with the trigger tonight.
