What can this be? Should i worry?

My baby is 5 weeks today! She woke up perfectly fine... now after feeding i see she has this all around her neck and chest.. 
What can it be? Any idea what to use so it can go away or should i call the doctor? 
First time mom and i worry about every little thing!

Only a doctor can confirm. My daughter's rash was a milk allergy. I just wash her face after each feeding and I began to see results in 24 hours

Could be milk allergy or maybe a reaction to the soap used to wash her clothes or yours. This is just speculation. I would go to doc just to be sure and also ease your mind.

Obviously go to a Dr if you’re concerned if it’s a rash and/or she has a fever or unwell BUTTTT my little one is 5 weeks today too and has baby acne all over face, ears and neck. Just come on worse today. I also remember it was 5weeks when my first got baby acne too. 
Do you think it could be that?
