Anyone else having a tough time catching their breath? Or occasionally feeling like their heart is racing and wont slow down? Lots of hot flashes? Cant walk for too long?

I'm feeling like this more and more everyday. I have my follow up with the heart doctor next week. They did an ultrasound on it last week. I think the extra weight I've put on plus having two babies is really pushing me. I know the doctor said the earliest they would take me out of work is 28 weeks but today is one of those days I really wish I could stay home but if I call out i will get an attendance point against me :/
