Hello ladies, i am on my second round of the depo shot and the first round I barely bled at all but with the second I’ve literally only had one week off my period this month.

I am in so much pain feel sick weak and emotionally drained.

I really don’t want to get the next shot as I don’t feel right but I’ve not had luck with the pill either and I’m not sure what other form of contraception is good for people with heavy periods.

Does anyone have any advice?
