I have a friend that has 3 kids and is staying with us until she’s able to move into her place. She works overnights and by the time she gets back around 8am her kids are up so she’s not really able to sleep in. she told us that she goes 48 hours without sleep sometimes. Roth’s I made lunch plans with a diff friend and wanted to cancel to stay home with the kids but my SO told me to go.

When I came home this man had gotten up and taken all of my friends kids from the room since they were making too much noise for her to sleep, and he cooked lunch for them.

My heart literally melted when I came in. He never fails to amaze me. He just kept telling me “we should take the kids one day after she moves so she can rest”
