Can CM indicate pregnancy?

I’m sure this has been asked before, but I’m having trouble locating the answer. Can cm indicate pregnancy?

No. Cm is not an indicator of pregnancy. There’s no such thing as pregnancy cm.

This is my 2nd pregnancy and honestly there were no noticeable CM changes. 
I followed the same pattern of feeling “wet” during ovulation, and a few days afterwards, then started drying up like you usually would. 
But some people notice changes, so it’s completely individual 🤷🏻‍♀️

I don't have the answer, but I know with my first pregnancy and this one (only 4 weeks), I've have lots of cm.
