Pcos, weightloss and advice

I was just told that i have pcos by my gyno. Are there any other ladies that are dealing with this or have dealt with pcos. It was very hard hearing that i may not be able to conceive or it will be very hard for me. I have put on about over 40 pounds because of this. I am currently trying to lose weight so i can get healthier. If you lovely ladies have any advice it will be greatly appreciated i just feel very upset and hurt at the moment but i know this is something i have to get through it was very hard for me to post this just because it is very personal and its such a touchy subject with me and it is taking such a huge toll on my life and my fiances life. Sorry this was so long i ramble a lot i just really would like people to talk to about this besides my doctor and fiance.
