The fire ruined everything. Give me some advice please!?
This is gonna be long but please if you can help, please give me your opinion..
I’m from Paradise, California. My daughter was 2 months old when a wild fire broke out on November 8th and completely destroyed our entire town, and our home. She was sleeping in her bassinet from about a week old up intel the fire. Why didn’t I grab her bassinet? I have no clue. Shortly after the fire we got a studio, it was small and she slept in bed with us cause there was not enough room. Then in January we got a bigger place finally and we got a bassinet but she’d scream when we put her in it. Got a crib. Tried that, but she would scream. My husband and I would try go lay with her in our bed, she’d sleep for maybe 30 minutes or so and woke up and would be up for hours it felt like. So my husband tried the couch, she sleeps there with him through out the night. We all got sleep that way. I tried it with her, nope. She woke up constantly. Am I doing something wrong? We’re trying so hard to get her to sleep in her crib. But nothing is working. I know I should brought her bassinet but I didn’t know that would be the last time I’d see my house. We’re now going on almost 2 months of them sleeping on the couch and I feel like I’ve tried everything.
Anyone have special tricks or some mom advice???
