Fitness pros gym rats and junkies please help!
I've been lifting and running and home gym off and on for the the last 4 years , I'm experienced but I can never get rid of tight hamstringS!! I've R.I.C.Ed, massaged, rolled, icy hot, you name it but i can't seem to break up the tightness. I'm actively beginning yoga with any real consistency, I am a great basic stretcher but that's about it. Just beginning a consistent things but This is the only thing I've trying in hopes of helping, plus yoga feels good anyhow. Anyone know if this will work or have any other suggestions. I'm tired of sore hamstrings and feeling like they are going to snap after every run
