Is this safe while nursing ?

I was told for my vision I needed to take this by the eye doctor.

The only one of minor concern would be the vitamin E since it’s significantly over the normal recommended amount and because it is a fat soluble vitamin which means that it will correlate to higher doses in your breastmilk.  
I did look up vitamin E on lactmed and all research seems to indicate more of a concern about low levels or deficiency, not issues with toxicity.  The dosages cited in the literature range from 400IU single dose, to 45IU daily dose with acceptable levels in maternal milk.  
So, though I would certainly follow up with the pediatrician, my opinion is that this supplement looks perfectly safe and compatible with breastfeeding. Many of the listed ingredients are actually beneficial to take while breastfeeding.
