Am I the only one?

I know that this means I go through more products than probably necessary but I can’t help it. I change my pad even if there is only the slightest bit of blood on bc I just can’t stand the thought of putting it back up against my body after using the washroom and cleaning myself. Does anyone else do this too or am I the only one?

I get the feeling but that's really wasteful.  Have you considered using a menstrual cup?  They're reusable, good for up to 8 hours and not necessary to wear a pad once you get the hang of it.

When I used to use pads, I’d change them in any condition only after the shower. But I’d keep them on after the restroom. They are just so gross. Can’t believe I used them for so many years. So glad I found out about cups. Life changing 👌🏻
