I just found this dark spots on my stomach, do u guys know what is it ? It might be caused by stress? I m freaking out

To me it doesn’t seem very serious just some beauty spots that have decided to come out now, I mean I’m only young 😂 but I’ve had things like these and they’ve either stayed with me or disappeared after a few days

I don’t think so , I don’t ever expose that part of my body to sun
