Feel cruddy today

I’m 30+6 and I’ve literally not left my bed today. I got 4 hrs of sleep last night and woke up around 4:30 am. I was kinda hungry so I ate an apple and laid back down. I started feeling super anxious, jittery feeling, racing thoughts, limbs twitchy. I could not calm down. I took a nice warm shower and it seemed to help. My husband made me a biscuit for breakfast and I eventually fell back asleep. I woke up around 9 feeling completely washed out. I was so drunk, weak feeling and dizzy. I took my BP and it was normal, 117/83 however my pulse was running higher than normal. I chalked it up to being dehydrated. I only drank some root beer and a cup of water to take my vitamins yesterday. My husband brought me some smart water and Gatorade and I’ve taken it really easy and am starting to feel much better. I’ve learned my lesson on not drinking enough fluids for sure. 😵😥
