Hcg levels

Did my first HCG blood test yesterday and got results today. It came back at 49.

I’m 4 weeks 7 days according to when I had my last period on January 23rd but I think I ovulated late because on the 11th of February my hcg was 0 and the last time my husband and I had sex was the 16th. so if I ovulated on the 16th it was 4 days before my expected period which was due the 20th. Is this normal for this time frame?

I dont see my doctor until Thursday, I only spoke to the nurse today.
