Braxton Hicks or contractions ?

I keep having constant braxton Hicks they’re a little uncomfortable but nothing I can’t handle they seem to be coming 2-3 minutes apart lasting about 30-40 seconds apart could this be actual contractions ? Pain is in upper abdomen

The consistency makes me think real labor, but the fact that it is upper abdomen means it’s probably Braxton Hicks or just baby moving down. I would still call your doctor to make sure they don’t want you to come get checked out.
