My babe had something that looked similar around the back of her neck and behind the ears. Dr said it’s likely just a rash and will go away on it’s own. I think it’s from rubbing on all the necklines of the clothes.

My one month old has baby acne and these red spots and they are spreading! My pedi says baby’s skin is just reacting to the new world she’s in. It’s normal and no need to be worried or do anything special because it will pass.

We had that. It was eczema. We used lotion without alcohol or perfume, petroleum-based and it went away.
