Am I Pregnant?

Hey everyone! I have had my copper IUD since March of last year and everything has been good until now! 
My period is 8 days late, and while it’s been late before, never like this. I know it’s possible to get pregnant if the IUD moves, but how can I tell if it’s moved and need to get a pregnancy test?

Can you still feel the strings? If you can feel them and they are generally in the same place as always you’re probably not pregnant BUT it’s worth a test either way for peace of mind
